placed on our site are not secure. If you have concerns about ordering

Shipping Information
Shipping
charges are not included in our product pricing. Shipping charges
vary by the destination, weight and size of the item. All shipping
charges are calculated prior to completing an order.

delivery time in New Zealand is within 3 business days, though some rural addresses may take longer..
Deliveries
outside New Zealand are dependant on the chosen delivery method.

Return Policy
Except
in the case of product defect or warranty terms, returns are not
accepted after 30 days or on items that have been used. A RA (Return
Authorization) must be obtained prior to an item being returned.
Credit will be issued only if all original packaging and labeling
is intact and a RA has been issued.
